Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
Yes, you may change your order within 24 hours. However, any item that you change for must be of equivalent value or more than your previous order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable accept any cancellation of orders.

Is shipping included?
We offer free shipping with a minimum order of $20! Otherwise, there is a flat $2 shipping fee.
However, for giveaways, you will be able to see a shipping option of 'Giveaway' which will offset any shipping fee because it is on us! ;)

What is the return and exchange policy?
Any opened, damaged or used products will strictly not be allowed for any returns or exchanges.
