What is MUSCBOX?
It is a subscription-based service that sends out cosmetics and skincare products on a monthly basis.

What items will be included in a MUSCBOX?
Muscbox is specially curated every month by beauty lovers and we will only include products that are proven to be great! 

Each box will include 4~5 items, but do not be taken aback when you receive little surprises ;)

Where is MUSCBOX based?
We are based in Singapore! Go Merlion!

When will MUSCBOX be launched and where can I indicate my interest?
We are planning to launch in June 2018.

Is shipping included?
Yes! We ship our boxes to our fellow beauty lovers at no cost. It's on us! However, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. 

Can I give this as a gift?
Yes. At just an additional fee of $5, gift wrapping & a personalised card with your choice of text will be included.

When will I receive my MUSCBOX?
For current subscribers, we will ship your boxes out within the first week of the month, so sit tight and be ready to enjoy your goodies!

For any new subscribers that subscribe by the third week of the month, you will receive the current month's box within 3-5 working days. 

If you subscribed on the fourth week of the month, you will receive the following month's box along with all the other current subscribers.

For gift boxes, we will ship it out within 3-5 working days.

When will payment be processed?
Your card will be charged when you first place your order, then subsequently on the same date for recurring subscriptions.

For 6 or 12 months subscriptions, you will have to pay for the full subscription (at a discounted price) upfront but there will not be any extra payments. Please note that these subscriptions are auto-renewed but fret not, we will send you an email to check if you would still like to continue receiving our monthly surprises!

Can I cancel my subscription?
Once your first order has been made, we will not be able to process a refund for the first month. However, if you wish to cancel any subsequent subscriptions, you may do so by the third week of the month before

For e.g., if you want to cancel Feb 2018 subscription, you will have request for the cancellation by the third week of Jan 2018.
